It’s hard to believe summer is over, but alas…
The good news is, #ExpoChat is coming back online starting September 18th 2013 (3PM ET every Wednesday).
The folks at Exhibitor Magazine are going to help us bring in more “exhibitors” to the chat by allowing us to promote the week’s chat in the Exhibitor Group on LinkedIn. Our goal for the next year is to have better representation of all involved in trade shows. This will make our discussions much more eye-opening, stimulating and beneficial.
If you’re one of the people who just kinda watches the stream but doesn’t jump in, you really should. We’re getting more and more coverage in industry publications, so be sure to join us and show everyone how brilliant you are when it comes to trade shows.
We’re cooking up a good topic for our fall kick-off. It was submitted by Scott Lee (
@slee_CTSMCMECMP) and it’s sure to be a meaty discussion. A great topic for show organizers, GCs, vendors and exhibitors…but that’s all we’ll say for now.
So here’s what we want you to do right now…right this very second…not five minutes from now, or after lunch or next week.
Right now we want you to create a standing appointment on your calendar for every Wednesday at 3pm ET so you don’t forget to join us. If something comes up one week and you can’t make it that’s okay, but at least it’s on there to remind you each week.
The second thing we want you to do right now is think of a topic you want us to cover and add it to the comments below. It doesn’t have to be completely thought out…we can do that together. Just add what ever’s on your mind…something that annoys you, something you wish you understood better, something you think people should know about. Just add it in there. Add two, add three…hell, add twenty-five.
That’s it, now you’re done. If you did those two things then you may watch the video below. If you didn’t, why not? You can’t watch until you have.
Remember this guy? He was featured in one of our chat videos way back…when we talked about working with the media I think (I can’t find it now).
