How can we plan for risk?

Risk cannot always be avoided but you can plan for it.  Whether it’s a volcano with a name none of your attendees or exhibitors can pronounce or a booth that get’s stuck somewhere between Chicago and Denver in a snow storm, stuff happens.

Organizers, what are you doing to plan for the unexpected?  Exhibitors, what are you doing to ensure the unexpected doesn’t derail your efforts?  Suppliers, how are you helping when the sky does in fact fall?
